This is an email we recieved June 29, 2008:
Thanks for your time Bill. I have elected to try my luck with managing the projects on my own, as the price gap is too wide to ignore. Your advice did direct me on better research into the other companies, and I thank you. Hopefully I won’t need to call on you for repairs:) Hopefully my budget will increase for the next projects, and will will be able to use your expertise.
Then on July 30, 2008 we recieved this email:
You gave me an estimate several weeks ago for some miscellaneous items in my back yard. I opted to go with less expensive contractors. I just wanted to let you know that I have learned my lesson…I got what I paid for. No major issues or damage, just substandard work and the experience level of the contractors is apparent. Once I have replenished my budget I hope to use your services.
